Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. -Romans 1:32 Good morning and terrific Thursday to you! The scripture above addresses those in the church who know the truth yet choose not to speak, affirm, or live by it (“Who knowing the judgment of God”). Haven’t we all had family members living in serious sin? And of course, we love them deeply. Loving the sinner is crucial, but tolerating, excusing, or even supporting them in their sin is dangerous. The phrase “but have pleasure in them” is not meant in terms of your direct participation but when you defend the sin. This is why we must remain firm and unyielding when it comes to sin. This is especially true for sins of the flesh. Many tend to soften the truth by saying “sin is sin,” which is accurate but overlooks the gravity of certain sins. Deliberate s...

And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, There is yet one man, Micaiah the son of Imlah, by whom we may enquire of the LORD: but I hate him; for he doth not prophesy good concerning me, but evil. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so. -1 Kings 22:8 And the king said unto him, How many times shall I adjure thee that thou tell me nothing but that which is true in the name of the LORD? -1 Kings 22:16 Good morning and happy hump day to you! In the story referenced above, we see two kings in conversation—King Ahab, who sought an alliance to wage war against his enemy, and King Jehoshaphat, a godly king who typically sought the Lord’s guidance before acting. Jehoshaphat’s exception was his decision to join forces with Ahab, a corrupt ruler. To justify this choice, Jehoshaphat turned to prophets to validate the alliance. Among them was one prophet who initially echoed the others to avoid conflict, until Ahab, seemingly aware of the alliance’s likely failure, ins...

Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. -Matthew 25:1 Good morning and tremendous Tuesday to you! The scripture provided introduces the famous parable of the ten virgins. Within it, we find a powerful analogy comparing a mere facade or toothless tiger to a genuine one. Both may appear ferocious and immensely dangerous, but one is nothing more than an illusion, a representation of what it claims to be, akin to a 'paper tiger,' which suggests it was never a tiger to begin with. Examining a tiger's stripe pattern reveals imperfections – uneven stripes, some shorter than others, and so on. In contrast, a 'paper tiger' is meticulously painted on flawless paper with perfect brush strokes. In the kingdom, there are individuals who resemble 'paper tigers.' They seem flawless, but truthfully, like the paper tiger, they lack substance, much like the lamps of the five virgins – empty...

For the look on their faces bears witness against them; they proclaim their sin like Sodom; they do not hide it. Woe to them! For they have brought evil on themselves. - Isaiah 3:9 Good morning and TGIF! A concerning trend has emerged in our primary education institutions, where “Drag Queens” are being invited to read to children in schools. There seems to be an agenda here that is not hidden. This scripture serves as a warning to those who openly defy righteousness before the Lord. The consequence of having a reprobate mind is clear—God allows the freedom to rebel as part of His promise. Despite this, God loves the sinner, not the sin, and entrusts us with the responsibility to discern the difference, correct those caught in the grips of sin, and love them, even when we are met with opposition. Go fellowship this weekend, we all need it. #prayforthepeaceofIsrael God bless you and command your day!!! Your comments and questions are welcome. Contact me at drschaefferinterced...

Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. -Romans 1:21 Good morning and terrific Thursday to you! The most dangerous thing anyone can do is deny God His glory. Though this may seem improbable and but it would be easy to identify those that outright deny the Lord. Many deny Him and are not even aware of their doing so. We are told to worship Him in spirit and in truth. Worshipping in spirit alone may be seen as putting on an act as no one knows your heart and it is not hard to imitate worshipfulness. This is where truth will allow those with a connection with the Father to see through a form of godliness. Howbeit the denial of God is easily seen in society today when you knowingly ally yourself with those who deny the very premise of God. For instance the first ordinance being marriage, and embrace ...

And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob. -Genesis 27:41 Good morning and happy hump day to you! There are three seemingly unrelated figures in the Bible who, when studied together, reveal a longstanding demonically driven agenda rooted deep in their shared ethnicity and culture. These figures all stem from the same group—the Edomites—descendants of Esau, the twin brother of Jacob. The three individuals in question are Esau, Haman, and Herod. Their common trait, aside from their ancestry, was their determination to destroy the Jewish people. We are familiar with Esau, but Haman, found in the book of Esther, is a key antagonist who sought to annihilate the Jews due to a perceived insult. Then there is the more widely known Herod, or rather the Herodian dynasty, who ruled Israel under Roman authority. The first Herod fulfil...

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: -Deuteronomy 30:19 Good morning and happy Monday to you! In Moses’ farewell speech, which precedes the more known one later delivered by Joshua, he calls upon heaven, earth, and all present to bear witness to his words. He seeks their testimony, knowing that some may later deny the truth, claiming they were never informed of what is right or wrong, or that others might distort the truth to fit their own narrative. Moses’ message is clear: you are being given a choice, and God’s hope is that you will choose what is right. Yes, you have the freedom to choose sin over salvation, death over life, and unrighteousness over righteousness. However, with every choice comes a price, and the outcome depends on the nature of your decisions. If you plant seeds of wheat, you will harvest wheat. If you plant tare se...

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. -Romans 1:16 Good morning and TGIF! To not be ashamed? What does it truly mean to not be ashamed? I’ve observed a growing boldness among many who openly reject basic biblical teachings. If the Bible says not to do something, they deliberately choose to do it. But we shouldn’t be surprised—Scripture tells us that as time goes on, more and more people will develop reprobate minds. In light of this, our calling to stand unashamed is even more important. Being ashamed is more than a hesitant expression. It’s when you compromise, like agreeing to leave out Jesus’ name in a prayer because you don’t want to offend those who openly declare the names of their gods. It’s participating in multi-faith prayers, or casting your vote based on ethnicity out of fear of being labeled a certain way. Beloved, now is the time to take an honest l...

All these are the beginning of sorrows. -Matthew 24:8 Good morning and terrific Thursday to you! A word of encouragement should not be devoid of correction and is often intertwined with a prophetic message. In this light, the words of Jesus in Matthew 24 encompass all three elements necessary for deliverance. We are living in an age of deception, where inexperienced individuals often deliver “prophetic” messages of prosperity that are encouraging but lack the essential correction. Words of correction carry warnings, and ignoring these warnings leads to the unfolding of justice in its appointed time. The first six verses of Matthew 24 describe the destruction of the temple (which has already taken place) and outline various challenges humanity faces, including wars, rumors of war, regional conflicts, famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various regions. In verse eight, a sobering statement is made: these are just the beginning of sorrows. Let this encourage you to...

For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this? -Esther 4:14 Good morning and happy hump day to you! The scripture above comes from the story of the impending genocide of the Jews at the hands of the Persian King. A hatred of Jews which was historically bound in the fiber of times well before Esther was born was at play here. The close relative of Esther, Mordecai had ensured Esther never forgot her heritage and had put into her a sense of purpose. When he heard of the planned slaughter he brought to her mind the position she held and her possibly being placed as Queen for a time such as this…He used strong words. Initially she refused to act but by faith he declared delivery would come another way. Esther could’ve easily been offended by what Mo...
