O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever. -Psalms 118:1 Good morning and tremendous Tuesday to you! The scripture above begins with gratitude and further emphasizes His goodness.  In the first verse, it highlights His remarkable mercy. While we often hear about His amazing grace, His mercy is equally amazing. The subsequent verses begin with a personal testimony before illustrating the enduring nature of the Lord's mercy.  This serves as evidence of His love without compromising His justice. Surely, we can all recount moments in our lives when His mercy, the withholding of deserved punishment, shielded us.  Consider times when we were in the wrong and ensnared by sin, yet His mercy restrained the hand of justice. Reflecting on how His mercies are renewed each morning, don't we all yearn for fresh mercies every day?  #prayforthepeaceofIsrael God bless you and command your day!!!   Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. -Psalms 29:2 Good morning and happy Monday to you! How delightful it is to engage in worship. There exists an innate longing in humans from birth. This longing is to uncover one's true self, and upon realizing the limitations of self-awareness, we strive for something greater beyond ourselves. During my journey in Christ, I've met individuals who have shared that inner longing and how it propelled them to search for genuine purpose in life. Despite not finding fulfillment in drugs, deviant behavior, the occult, and various other pursuits, they came across Christ and discovered true satisfaction solely in serving the Lord! If asked to describe their new found joy in one word the one used most often is beautiful!  Worshipping the Lord enables the innate within us to reconnect with the divine source of our creation. This reunion can only be described as profoundly beautiful! #prayforthep...
And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth. -Zechariah 14:12 Good morning and terrific Thursday to you!  While watching the news and the smoke screen it has become, the scripture above comes rushing back to me.  Antisemitism is becoming the norm on US college campuses. Hidden are the hands that pull strings changing the focus and blinding memories to terror rained on Israel and the free world for thousands of years.  Beloved this is much deeper than the incident which started the latest round of violence. Do not be historically and prophetically unaware of how this will all play out! The Lord will defend this land.  #prayforthepeaceofIsrael God bless you and command your day!!!   For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes. -Matthew 7:29 Good morning and happy hump day to you! In the final teaching of the sermon on the mount, the Lord had just emphasized the importance of building on firm foundations.  His teachings left the people astounded, suggesting that while many priests taught what they had heard, not all necessarily believed it. Teaching with authority requires faith, a quality the Lord demonstrated even in the face of early challenges in His ministry.  During His earthly ministry, a prevalent challenge was the lack of faith among the Children of Israel, exacerbated by the occupation and the diminished authority of the High Priest and Temple Levites.  This lack of faith persists today, as people often prioritize catchphrases and trendy doctrines over seeking the Lord's guidance directly. Everybody forego staying before the Lord to hear Him instead they strictly feed off each other (Get Ready, get ready, get re...
And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: -Matthew 7:26 Good morning and tremendous Tuesday to you! It could be said, that the “every one” identified here refers to “hard headed" people. A more recent term from the psychological community states “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing but expecting different results”. The Lord said the “every one” will be called foolish. Beloved it is heartbreaking how many “saved” folks are in this cycle. Caught up because they are not looking up.  Allowing themselves to count on the so called foundation of this world’s system. This world system is a facsimile of what is truly going on! It is literally sand. So where are you going to build your house?  #prayforthepeaceofIsrael God bless you and command your day!!! Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. -Psalms 103:1 Good morning and happy Monday to you!  In the scripture above David writes of his passion for the Lord.  In it, he places a demand upon himself to bless the Lord! Life has a way of getting us off track. The rat race, family, jobs, and other distractions falsely take priority in our lives.  This scripture realigns our focus and lets us know Who should be first! Bless the Lord Oh my soul and all!  #prayforthepeaceofIsrael God bless you and command your day!!! Your comments and questions are welcome.   Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. -Matthew 5:10 Good morning and TGIF! Based on your stance in righteousness you will be misunderstood, misjudged, and even misquoted. These attacks are increasingly coming from within the body.  If you stand for all lives matter as a soul is a soul, a child is a child, a boy is a boy and a girl is a girl, and the like, you will be lied upon and labeled.  Mind you that all lives matter applies to every ethnic group, both genders, and even those confused about their gender. Even the lives of those who hate you and persecute.  Given that we are called to stand, do as Christ, stand in love against unrighteousness, but not in agreement.  Go fellowship this weekend, we all need it.  #prayforthepeaceofIsrael God bless you and command your day!!!   And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen. -Genesis 22:14 Good morning and terrific Thursday to you!  The scripture above comes from the story of Abraham who after living close to 100 years finally has a son with his beloved wife. Only to find that the Lord has instructed him to take this child and sacrifice him.  Taking Isaac his son to the designated place and preparing to sacrifice him, Abraham then stated his faith in God by saying though he was going to go sacrifice his son, he told a servant “We (Isaac and him) will go worship and we will return”.   At the altar, at the last minute Isaac bound, lying on wood, knife wielded in striking position, the Lord provided a sacrifice identifying the ram in the bush. At this point Abraham pronounced the name Jireh, denoting a location and an attribute of our omnipotent God as in my Lord, my provider.  Most say Abraham added a na...
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: -Philippians 2:7 Good morning and happy hump day to you! The initial failure of humanity through Adam necessitated a payment in flesh, a cost too great for any individual to bear. The price demanded was so steep that no mortal could endure it, let alone rise again independently.  This was the challenge faced by our Christ fulfilling the requirements of a perfect sacrifice being 100% human whilst 100% God! Human to bear the suffering, God to rise up from death with victory.  The scripture provided encapsulates the entirety of Christ's earthly ministry. In a profound act of humility, Jesus willingly endured the suffering of the cross, death, and even descended into hell. This all done so that we could be reconciled to the Father. His pain, our gain, His loss for our cost.  #prayforthepeaceofIsrael God bless you and command your day!!! Your comments and que...
Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: -Philippians 1:6 Good morning and tremendous Tuesday to you! The mindset of the Apostle Paul while on death row is astounding. His “confidence” nor his faith in the success of the Lord’s plan are unshaken by his physical circumstances.   Even when we feel we've reached the end of our capabilities or are facing seemingly impossible situations, there might still be opportunities for growth and purpose ahead. Paul's story proofs that although he may have thought his mission was complete, there were still important tasks ahead, evidenced by the letters he had yet to write.  Through his testimony, Paul demonstrated the faithfulness of the Lord, emphasizing that God always follows through on His planned purposes without fail.  Beloved being the same God states that He continues to follow through to completion His plans for you.  #prayfo...
For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. -Philippians 1:21 Good morning and happy Monday to you! The scripture above stands as profound among the many writings of the Apostle    Paul which says a lot. His impending execution had not removed any of the fire ignited on the road to Damascus more than 30 years prior.    He still burned with the passion expressed in the first part of this statement, “To live is Christ”. In the simplest terms he is saying as long as he lives Christ would come forth as a testimony particularly to those lost. Yet as you read the chapter you see Paul stated as Christians know and desire, to be in the arms of Jesus is far better.  But as we exist in our current state, on this side of the Jordan, we must be living and speaking testimonies for Christ whilst longing for our gain.  #prayforthepeaceofIsrael God bless you and command your day!!!   A But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive. -Genesis 50:20 Good morning and TGIF! Do we not all have moments that it seems that the schemes are coming faster and faster? Further the complexity of schemes reveal that hell is desperate for permanent residents. In the story the scripture above is found, a scheme that spanned a generation had come to naught. This scheme, particularly insidious because of its familial origin, holds numerous lessons, too many to delve into fully today.  So many lessons here, far too many to unfold today, but on today what is significant is the overall plan to destroy Joseph and even impact the coming of Christ was reversed.  In similitude what the devil intends to destroy may delay but it is destined to fail. What is intended to discourage will give you a test with a testimony. Your stumbling block will become your stepping stone and poverty provides...
Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. -Genesis 17:5 Good morning and terrific Thursday to you! Beloved the Bible teaches that a good name is more valued than riches.  A good name brings enrichment, protection, and overall benefits. In the story where the aforementioned scripture is found, the Lord doesn't just change Abram's name; He elevates it. This elevation signifies the Lord's greater purpose in the lives of Abraham and Sarah.  One the other things the Lord spoke was that Abraham would be the father of many nations. Gods plan implemented would use them to bless the earth.  God adds to your life in His perfect timing, and whatever He has instructed you to wait for will undoubtedly be worth it.    His increase can change the trajectory and characterization of your life.  #prayforthepeaceofIsrael God bless you and command your day!!!
