The initial failure of humanity through Adam necessitated a payment in flesh, a cost too great for any individual to bear. The price demanded was so steep that no mortal could endure it, let alone rise again independently. 


This was the challenge faced by our Christ fulfilling the requirements of a perfect sacrifice being 100% human whilst 100% God! Human to bear the suffering, God to rise up from death with victory. 


The scripture provided encapsulates the entirety of Christ's earthly ministry. In a profound act of humility, Jesus willingly endured the suffering of the cross, death, and even descended into hell.


This all done so that we could be reconciled to the Father. His pain, our gain, His loss for our cost.

His mission had multiple purposes, and I will highlight two of them. First, we needed an example of righteousness—someone conceived without sin and who lived a sinless life.
