Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: -Philippians 1:6


Good morning and tremendous Tuesday to you! The Apostle Paul’s mindset while facing death is truly remarkable. Despite his dire circumstances, neither his confidence nor his trust in the fulfillment of the Lord’s plan wavered.


Even when we feel we’ve reached our limit or are confronted with overwhelming challenges, there may still be opportunities for growth and meaningful purpose ahead. Paul’s story illustrates that what seemed like the end of his mission was actually a new beginning—evident in the impactful letters he was yet to write.


Through his example, Paul affirmed the unwavering faithfulness of God, showing that the Lord always brings His purposes to fruition.


Beloved, because God remains the same, you can trust that He will continue to carry out His plans for your life to completion.

His mission had multiple purposes, and I will highlight two of them. First, we needed an example of righteousness—someone conceived without sin and who lived a sinless life. Next, because of His immaculate conception and sinless existence, He was qualified to be sacrificed. This requirement was too great for sinful man to fulfill.
