And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. -Matthew 7:23


Good morning and happy hump day to you! In this scripture Jesus is speaking to who He called hypocrites. Ones who feigned a relationship in the public eye but didn’t really strive in all the tenets such as praying, fasting, serving. 


In this statement the Lord is in no way denying His omniscience but instead is calling your works iniquitous or strange fire.


So the answer is Yes He knows you by your works and your works or lack of will deny your entrance.

His mission had multiple purposes, and I will highlight two of them. First, we needed an example of righteousness—someone conceived without sin and who lived a sinless life.
