And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. -Luke 11:2


Good morning and happy hump day to you! 

The most prolific and foundational prayer ever begins here in Luke 11. The disciples had been observing the Lord Jesus praying and after He completed they asked Him to be taught to pray. 


I’ve seen praying folks who seem to know how to get a breakthrough and they being merely mortal, how much more impactful it is to see God the Son praying. 


In His prayer are all the elements needed to breakthrough. Humility, humanity, faith, goals and love. 


Further the Lord knowing the current state of the world is/was not kingdom, but fallen, He hasten the Lord to manifest the Kingdom on earth in similitude to heaven. 


These words set the course for the direction of the premier prayer and for those who feel they do not know how to pray, pray this prayer and it will touch all elements and areas required by the Father.
