But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, -Galatians 4:4


Good morning and happy Monday to you! 

The scripture above ranks among my favorite in explaining the purpose of the birth of Christ. It expresses the spiritual Father (God) and the physical vessel as well as the manner of his birth being under the law. 


Both Mary and her first born came under the law, Mary with the sin seed of Adam but Jesus the perfect seed of God. 


Born fully man, the mandate required to reverse the curse of disobedience of Adam, but as Adam was born perfect and later corrupted, Jesus was born perfect and incorruptible. 


Finally God waited a specific time allowing certain historical events to occur which all played a part of presenting His son and propelling Him into a place unmatched by anyone, ever. 


What a mighty God we serve!

  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. -John 3:17 Good morning and happy Monday to you!  The Lord Jesus came to this world not to condemn us, but to show us what true righteousness is. His mission had multiple purposes, and I will highlight two of them. First, we needed an example of righteousness—someone conceived without sin and who lived a sinless life. Next, because of His immaculate conception and sinless existence, He was qualified to be sacrificed. This requirement was too great for sinful man to fulfill.
