The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. -John 3:8 


Good morning and happy hump day to you! 

The third compliance of a windmill to the wind is, if the blades are turned to directly face the wind, the output is even greater. 


When a windmill's blades align directly with the wind, the greater the resistance of the blades, then the more wind force is needed to turn them. 


As Christians, the analogy teaches us to align ourselves with the Holy Spirit, being attentive, obedient, and seeking to live in His direct presence.
