For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. -Isaiah 53:2
Good morning and terrific Thursday to you!
I was watching an old TV show where a conflict having been resolved resulted in a conversation between the father and his son about linage. The son while apologizing stated he had pulled up root and went awry.
The father picked up on the conversation and stated his son could try to move but he had been established by the tap root and could never lose his identity.
The term caught my attention and after I researched it the scripture above really settled more into my spirit.
The tap root comes from the seed directly and is responsible for full support of the plant and its functions.
The tap root forces it’s way into the ground to establish a foundation for the smaller support roots, the vines and eventually the fruit.
Jesus is the tap root coming from the seed of Holy Ghost and human woman through the linage of Jesse. By being born He tapped into the soil of this world, further He drove into it by hanging over it on our cross for hours and the soil absolved His blood and sweat.
He then tapped into the earth staying three days until ready for harvest to our betterment. STAY CONNECTED.
God bless you and command your day!!!
