And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh. -Genesis 37:19

Good morning and tremendous Tuesday to you! A violinist played for 45 minutes on a loft of the New York subway.  A few people stopped, some clapped, and all told the violinist raised about $30 in tips.

The unknown violinist was named Joshua Bell.  Bell was an acclaimed musician known around the world. On that subway loft, Joshua played some of the most well known pieces by Beethoven and Mozart.  Playing them on a violin worth 3.5 million dollars.

Two days before he played on that platform earning $30, Joshua sold out a Boston theater, and the seats averaged about $100.

This experiment proved that ordinary often doesn’t recognize and therefore not appreciate extraordinary. Extraordinary operating in an ordinary environment does not shine and is often undervalued and overlooked.

Many talented people aren’t receiving the recognition and reward they deserve. Be real value begins with first acknowledging who you are in Christ and then walking as that person. Part of this may involve removing oneself from an environment that undervalues you to a place where you are encouraged and allowed to thrive and grow.

God bless you and command your day!!!
