But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. -Matthew 1:20 


Good morning and terrific Thursday to you! In the scripture above we find a troubled man being given a message to not alter his plan to take Mary as his wife. 


The Angel gave him the reassurance needed to become the “earthly father” of Christ our Lord. 


How graciously reassuring our Lord is. He care for our troubles and when we are at crossroads, He will greet us with a directional sign. He provides that grace, it is in our best interest to adhere.

  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. -John 3:17 Good morning and happy Monday to you!  The Lord Jesus came to this world not to condemn us, but to show us what true righteousness is. His mission had multiple purposes, and I will highlight two of them. First, we needed an example of righteousness—someone conceived without sin and who lived a sinless life. Next, because of His immaculate conception and sinless existence, He was qualified to be sacrificed. This requirement was too great for sinful man to fulfill.
