Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? -Exodus 15:11
Good morning and happy hump day to you!
The scripture above is often called the song of Moses. The song was written after the Lord had parted the Red Sea and Israel had safely crossed.
The prophet Moses began to reflect back up on the things that God had done in order to bring his people out of bondage. The first 10 scriptures describe the parting of the Red Sea and the drowning of pharaohs army. And after that description Moses was inspired to say who is like our God?
Moses wrote those words to reflect his current situation, can we not all find a moment in time whereas God has moved so mightily we’re inspired to say the same thing, who is like our God?
Beloved no matter how great your faith; never lose your awe of God. Because when you lose that you began to take God for granted and allow his great works to be considered common.
God bless you and command your day!!!
