7 In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried to my God: and he did hear my voice out of his temple, and my cry did enter into his ears.

8 Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations of heaven moved and shook, because he was wroth.

Good morning and God bless you. In prayer this morning I heard the Lord say and I must paraphrase, the very heavens will shake.

Initially my first thought went to the anger of the Lord being kindled against mankind because of sin, but as I listen more, though God certainly is angry at mankind,

His true anger, His wrath is at the principalities, demons, and evil spirits  that have lead man astray and brought His righteous judgment.

I understood this when verse 7 alludes to God coming when He hears our supplication. (2Chronicles 7:14)

Beloved the Lord awaits for the earth (Psalms 8:1)to repent and then He will rapidly come and remove what ails us.
