For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. -2 John 1:7


Good morning and happy Monday to you! The foundation of a walk in faith is the belief that God came in the flesh. The enemy understands this and seeks to separate you from this truth. The reason is clear: the power of confessing the truth is what can dismantle the kingdom of darkness. Even the smallest glimmer of truth in a world of darkness causes it to scatter.


We must guard this doctrine carefully to prevent any distortion. One way deception creeps in is when we reject our duty to accept, speak, and live by the truth. We are called to love truthfully, teach truth with love, and live in truth.


Many will attempt to dilute the truth. Just as a mixture cannot be stirred outside of its container, deceivers will enter the church to "stir" their unbelief, fear, hate, doubt, sorrow, and evil within it.

His mission had multiple purposes, and I will highlight two of them. First, we needed an example of righteousness—someone conceived without sin and who lived a sinless life.
