For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. -Psalms 139:13

Good morning and TGIF! Many would agree that one of life's greatest experiences is having a child. The entire journey, from discovery to birth, is a true blessing.

Reflecting on my personal experience, I remember the anticipation of a child's arrival—wondering about the gender, choosing names, buying baby items, and preparing the nursery.

Throughout this joyful process, we come to recognize our deep responsibility to protect and care for our soon-to-arrive bundle of joy. This strong desire to nurture and cherish isn't coincidental; it's a natural part of us, as the scripture suggests, implanted by the Father.

Beloved, you cannot separate authority from accountability, nor accountability from responsibility. Just as the Father has provided the means to protect a child in the womb, we must ensure we extend that same protection to our own.

Go fellowship this weekend, we all need it.
