Good morning and happy Monday to you! Are you willing to give up your heritage for your salvation? Please note the name Bithiah in the scripture above. It literally is translated as “daughter of God.” 


Bithiah in rabbinic tradition is the Egyptian princesses who rescued and named Moses. Her inheritance destined her for power and wealth as a noble in Egypt, yet she chose to reject and oppose her father, the Pharaoh, to save Moses. 


Later, she abandoned her earthly birthright for something greater. 


Are you willing to forsake short-term, fleeting earthly pleasures for that which is eternal?
