And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. -Matthew 6:13
Good morning and TGIF! The last part of the Lord’s Prayer is called a doxology. A doxology is a summation of all that came before it.
A doxology doesn’t have to be a long paragraph or even a sentence. The shortest doxology is the last word in the Bible; Amen.
A doxology is important because it never comes without a personal conviction, an encounter that changes your life. The Apostle Paul, Disciple James and even Apostle Peter had doxologies.
Oh what a joy to have such an impactful encounter with the Lord that we have soliloquy, a pause in time where we speak spontaneously our loving conviction of His glory!
Go fellowship this weekend, we all need it.
God bless you and command your day!!!
