Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? -Romans 8:35
Good morning and happy Monday to you! The thing that pops out every time I read this scripture is how it begins.
Have you noticed that many misquote it? Instead of saying “Who”, they say “What”. The who is important because it identifies our adversary and the things he uses to frustrate us and fool us into thinking the Lord doesn’t care and has abandoned us.
The Apostle Paul uses those adjectives to discredit the lies of abandonment that we are told.
Beloved, listing out those things gives us a glimpse into the methodology/play book of our adversary. No, not even Monday can separate us from the love of our God.
God bless you and command your day!!!
