THEREFORE IS JUDGEMENT far from us, neither doth JUSTICE OVERTAKE US: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness. -Isaiah 59:9
Good morning and tremendous Tuesday to you! The first part of the scripture is a double edge sword providing a glimmer of hope on both ends while also pronouncing judgment in the same places.
People cry out for justice but are living an unjust life. Further as they cry for an unmerited extension of grace, they flaunt disgraceful habits and ungodly morals before the Lord.
Similar to the servant forgiven of much but holding his fellow servant to a higher standard for a lot less.
God graciously uses a phrase that deals with those who seek undeserved grace as well as those whom He grants grace unbeknownst to them.
God bless you and command your day!!!
