Good morning and happy hump day to you! The spirit of offense is a real thing. If you really think about it, the spirit you can see hiding in its bushes is the manipulative spirit called pride. 


The flesh wants us to compare ourselves to others hence the villainy of social media. Our place is not to self promote, but to always keep our flesh in check.


The scripture above tells us not to attempt to achieve success by violence or by pulling others down to boost self. Not only adhere to keeping the fleshly pride in check, but promote others. If we all would do so it would thwart the plot of the enemy.

His mission had multiple purposes, and I will highlight two of them. First, we needed an example of righteousness—someone conceived without sin and who lived a sinless life.
