Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. -Hebrews 11:1
Good morning and terrific Thursday to you!
Do trust and faith have the same meaning? Are they two peas in a pod or is Faith the pod which holds peas such as hope, joy, peace and trust?
I argue that faith is the pod which nourishes, protects, and produces those peas. Because with the pod called Faith the peas develop or remain viable.
The purpose of trust is the tangible seen requirements we need such as protection and substance.
It is interesting how the pea comes into being before the pod grows around it. But consider that grace is required before faith can come and exposures and experiences build trust, hope, joy, and peace; all which are covered in the pod called faith.
After you have experienced his love and the fruit of faith grows, that overarching shell called the pod keeps it all together.
God bless you and command your day!!!
