But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him. -Habakkuk 2:20

Good morning and TGIF! As a young boy I would recite this scripture over and over in my head, trying to imagine the place where God dwelled. What color were the walls, what does His throne look like and just everything that pertained to the glorious aesthetics of the place of God’s dwelling.

Normally when this scripture came  to mind was when the weather was stormy. Thunder, lightning, and high winds. In particular I had been told “The Lord is doing His work, so sit down and shut up”.

I adhered as times were different then and not immediately adhering had its own hazards. I know they told us then and some were not correlating the significant and necessity of reverencing God. The awesomeness of God should always leave us in awe.

Consider how some people worship things that have never created, but are created, never thought but were thought of, never commanded but were commanded, that said God’s awesome power that makes the ocean applause should leave us speechless.

Go fellowship this weekend, we all need it.

God bless you and command your day!!!
