Good morning and terrific Thursday to you. Some of the most terrifying sets of scripture in the Bible is found above. Especially when you realize the one laughing is the Lord. 


A cynic would ask the question why would a loving God humor at your circumstance and the answer simply is because the person ignored His counsel, His instructions, His advice. 


As a parent I’ve been a member in good standing of the “Well OK then, corner” for a number of years. There I’ve relished though not finding boisterous humor in hard heads making soft… you know. 


A quote which is attributed to Christian Apologist Kim Blake below expresses how many attempt to play God and in return they will get the laughter but not the deliverance they seek. 


“God can not be the source of your strength, if the world is the source of your standard.”

Beloved Holiness is serious, it is a way of life, and the danger expressed is that if you try to straddle the fence, you end up being a victim of your own doing or undoing.

His mission had multiple purposes, and I will highlight two of them. First, we needed an example of righteousness—someone conceived without sin and who lived a sinless life.
