Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. -Psalms 61:1


Good morning and Terrific Tuesday to you. Prayer is as fundamental as any essential life sustaining element, arguably more. 


The Bible does after all states that in Him we live, breathe and have our being. But what is prayers value if you have no faith in who you are praying too? 


David called “a man after God’s own heart”

was surely a champion of faith, yet here he is in this scripture supplicating to the Lord. 


Oh how much more blessed are that though we supplicate we have an advocate in Christ. One who testifies that we are sealed in Holy Spirit. 


Yes the Lord does hear all conversations to include prayers, but attends to the prayers of those found in Christ. Those outside ride on, but not in grace.

  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. -John 3:17 Good morning and happy Monday to you!  The Lord Jesus came to this world not to condemn us, but to show us what true righteousness is. His mission had multiple purposes, and I will highlight two of them. First, we needed an example of righteousness—someone conceived without sin and who lived a sinless life. Next, because of His immaculate conception and sinless existence, He was qualified to be sacrificed. This requirement was too great for sinful man to fulfill.
