6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) 


                                           -2 Corinthians 5:5-6


Good morning, happy Monday and God bless you. Happy after Independence Day!  The scripture above is very familiar to us but unknown to most we all walk by faith in the natural but not as much as we should in the spirit. 


Ever consider the size of your feet as compared to your height. Engineering thought would have our feet at least half our height in order for the ability to be mobile is granted. 


But every wobbly child that has ever walked challenges that assumption and makes a mockery of such arrogance. Yet when we do walk naturally, the fearfully and wonderfully made body in order to keep us upright and steady does some amazing things, that we are only slightly if at all aware of. 


While standing upright on the ground, the brain uses visual input from nearby objects to make tiny postural adjustments that help maintain balance. However, when standing at a higher elevation relative to your surroundings — like a cliff or the ledge of a tall building — most people, self included feel off balance. 

This is because visual input from nearby objects is lacking, and the objects in view are too far away for the brain to use for balance control. 


When we return to that ground level suddenly that lost ability is miraculously restored. The phenom is universal and no human is without this ability. Imagine if we were as strong in spiritual faith as we are in natural faith. Naturally we walk on a sidewalk at ground level without many qualms, but put that sidewalk on a skyscraper and the change makes major adjustments to our faith. 


Let us strive to increase our faith, faith in things we have control over is natural faith and in essence self faith, but the God of all creation is who controls all things, and it is in Him our faith should rest.

His mission had multiple purposes, and I will highlight two of them. First, we needed an example of righteousness—someone conceived without sin and who lived a sinless life.
